Sellers may upload or collect customer and staff information while running their business on SalesGee. The seller is responsible for having the right to collect, use, and manage that information.

SalesGee processes this information to provide order management, assignment, customer history, staff permissions, performance visibility, support, reporting, automation, and related platform features.

We use information to operate SalesGee, create and secure accounts, process subscriptions, power storefronts and sales pages, manage orders, support staff workflows, track inventory, show analytics and reports, improve product performance, provide customer support, and communicate important updates.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand seller needs, improve features, measure platform performance, and build better tools for serious sellers.

SalesGee may display finance overviews, wallet information, payment status, billing data, or subscription details. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and those providers may collect and process payment information under their own policies.

We do not ask sellers to provide payment information that is not needed to deliver billing, wallet, reporting, or connected commerce functionality.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep SalesGee working, remember preferences, understand site and product usage, support analytics, and improve the experience.

Where required, we ask for consent before enabling analytics or marketing cookies. You can manage consent through the cookie prompt or your browser settings.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, bill, support, or improve SalesGee. These providers are expected to use the information only for the services they provide to us.

If you use SalesGee's internal Product Hunt marketplace, relevant supplier, reseller, product, listing, inquiry, order, or performance information may be processed to support discovery, growth, communication, and marketplace operations.

Information you choose to publish in marketplace listings or shared supplier/reseller workflows may be visible to other relevant marketplace participants.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so sellers should also use strong passwords, appropriate staff permissions, and careful account practices.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide SalesGee, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and improve the service.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain uses of personal information.

Sellers can manage many business records directly in the platform. For requests that cannot be handled inside the product, contact us and we will respond according to applicable law.

SalesGee is built for African entrepreneurs and sellers, but the services, providers, infrastructure, and support workflows we use may operate across different countries.

When information is processed outside your country, we take steps intended to protect it in line with this policy and applicable requirements.

SalesGee is designed for businesses and is not intended for children. Do not use SalesGee to knowingly collect information from children unless you have a lawful basis and all required permissions.
