These terms explain how you may use SalesGee, the e-commerce operating system built for African entrepreneurs, online sellers, and product-based businesses that want to sell more and do more from one coordinated workspace.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Using SalesGee
SalesGee gives sellers tools to manage storefronts, orders, customers, staff, inventory, payments, analytics, campaigns, reports, finance workflows, WooCommerce order capture, and connected commerce operations.
You may use SalesGee only for lawful business purposes and in a way that respects customers, staff members, suppliers, other sellers, and the integrity of the platform.
2. Accounts And Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account, and all activity that happens under your workspace.
If you invite staff members, agents, managers, or operators into your workspace, you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions and for monitoring their activity.
3. Seller Responsibilities
You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, inventory records, sales pages, order handling, customer communication, refunds, fulfillment, taxes, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
You must not use SalesGee to sell illegal, unsafe, misleading, counterfeit, restricted, or unauthorized products or to run campaigns that deceive customers.
4. Orders, Customers, And Business Data
SalesGee helps you coordinate order assignment, customer records, order history, staff performance, analytics, and reports. You remain responsible for the business decisions you make from that information.
You must only upload, collect, or process customer and staff data that you are allowed to use, and you must honor applicable privacy, consumer protection, and communications laws.
5. Payments, Wallets, And Third-Party Services
Some SalesGee features may connect to payment providers, WooCommerce, messaging tools, storefront services, analytics services, or other third-party products. Their separate terms may apply.
SalesGee may show finance overviews, wallet activity, reports, or payment-related information, but you are responsible for reconciling your own business records and resolving issues with relevant providers where required.
6. Product Hunt Marketplace
SalesGee's internal Product Hunt marketplace is designed to support supplier and reseller growth. Sellers and suppliers remain responsible for the accuracy, quality, availability, pricing, delivery, and legality of their listed products.
We may review, limit, remove, or restrict listings that appear unsafe, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or harmful to the SalesGee ecosystem.
7. Subscriptions And Billing
Paid plans, billing cycles, limits, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and cancellations may be described inside the platform or on our pricing page.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged for access to the selected plan and may not include charges from third-party payment, ecommerce, messaging, or fulfillment providers.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malware, scrape at scale without permission, or use SalesGee to spam, harass, defraud, or exploit anyone.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use creates security, legal, operational, financial, or reputational risk.
9. Intellectual Property
SalesGee, its product design, software, workflows, brand assets, content, and platform experience belong to SalesGee or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them without permission.
You keep ownership of the business content, product information, customer records, and operational data you submit, subject to the rights needed for SalesGee to provide and improve the service.
10. Service Changes And Availability
We may improve, change, limit, replace, or discontinue parts of SalesGee as the product evolves. We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Planned maintenance, provider outages, network issues, security events, or changes to connected services may affect availability.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SalesGee is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or issues caused by third-party services, seller actions, or inaccurate business data.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
